Refund Policy

Quick Summary

All fees are non-refundable once work has begun. Build Fees may be refunded (less a $99 administrative fee) if requested in writing within 7 days of payment and before work has commenced. Recurring monthly fees are non-refundable. Cancellation during the Year 1 Period is subject to the buyout terms in your Master Services Agreement.

This Refund Policy describes the terms under which fees paid to Trucker Web Pro may be refunded. This policy applies to all customers and supplements the refund and termination terms in your Master Services Agreement ("MSA"). In the event of conflict between this policy and your signed MSA, the MSA controls.

Section 1Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to all fees paid to Trucker Web Pro through truckerwebpro.com, including:

Section 2General Policy

All fees paid to Trucker Web Pro are non-refundable except as expressly provided in this Policy or in your Master Services Agreement.

Section 3Build Fee Refunds

One-time Build Fees ($999 Starter / $1,499 Pro) are refundable only under the following limited circumstances:

Section 4Monthly Service Fees

Monthly Service Fees (financed monthly plans of $129 or $199, and ongoing monthly fees of $29 or $49) are non-refundable. To stop recurring charges, you must cancel in accordance with the cancellation terms in your MSA. Cancellation stops future billing only; it does not refund prior monthly payments.

Section 5Hourly Services

Standard Support ($99/hr) and Customization Services ($299/hr) are billed only after work is performed and are non-refundable.

Section 6Cancellation

During the Year 1 Period (first 12 months)

If you cancel during the Year 1 Period (other than for our uncured material breach), you may owe an early termination amount as set forth in your MSA. Early termination does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid.

After the Year 1 Period

You may cancel month-to-month service with thirty (30) days' written notice. Future billing will stop at the end of the notice period. Fees already paid are not refunded.

Section 7How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or to cancel service:

  1. Email billing@truckerwebpro.com with your company name, the email address used at signup, and the reason for your request.
  2. We will respond within 24 hours.
  3. Approved refunds are processed within five to ten (5–10) business days via the original payment method.

Section 8Disputes Before Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. If you believe you have been charged in error, email billing@truckerwebpro.com first. Most billing concerns can be resolved within a few business days.

Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us — or after we have made reasonable attempts to resolve a dispute — may result in immediate termination of services, suspension of your account, and collection of all disputed amounts plus any chargeback fees we incur.

Section 9Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes apply to new purchases made after the effective date. Engagements already in progress are governed by the policy in effect at the time of signing.
