You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any portion of our website without our prior written consent. Materials we create as part of a client engagement (such as your website) are governed by the ownership and transfer terms of your MSA.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Monmouth County, New Jersey, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
