Section 4Payment

• Services are billed according to the pricing tier you select at signup
• Recurring fees are billed automatically through Stripe, our payment processor
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all fees due
• You are responsible for maintaining a current, valid payment method
• Failed payments may result in service interruption per the cancellation and suspension terms in your signed Master Services Agreement

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any portion of our website without our prior written consent. Materials we create as part of a client engagement (such as your website) are governed by the ownership and transfer terms of your MSA.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Monmouth County, New Jersey, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
